star does this too she is 5 months old on the 9th drives us nuts but we are going with the time out at the moment as turning away from her jsut makes her more determined to get you and the kids really cant keep a straight face when she pinches their socks lol.

when ur pups excited, do u notice that they pant heavily with the breathing?

tell tale sign with our tigger when he gets excited, if he not in kitchen next to crate he gets told off or if time out he lies down and not easy to move 30kg of lab lol

Well I am going to tell you what I have done over the years and probably you will think I am mad or cruel ..... but if they try biting I stick my hand in their mouth and I have only had one dog in the past 35 years who has ever bitten me badly and that was for other reasons, the others all change their bite to a gentle chew, if that.
