Hi Everyone,
Due to ill health I've been in hospital for the last week or so but have now been allowed to come home!
I've missed my boys terribly and all our lovely members!
I would firstly like to say thank you to all our lovely staff here at LF who have sent gorgeous flowers, and who have looked after everything during my absence and are always taking great care of the site. Thank you so much mods - and also Rhoni, 3p & Stuart.
Subscriptions, pm’s & admin Q’s
Apologies to those who have sent me pm’s, or are waiting for t-shirts, stickers, calendars or any other LF queries – I have quite a back log to catch up with but i will have hopefully caught up by the end of this weekend – in the meantime, thank you all for your patience.
Get Together Update
Unfortunately due to my recently diagnosed health problem, it’s going to be too risky to my health & the babies health, to come to the Lab Forums GT on 19th August. I am also due to go back into hospital during the week of the GT for more treatment, which takes a week to administer. To say I am disappointed is an understatement but I have to think of the baby – and I’m afraid health does come first.
However - I’m very happy to say that the GT will still be taking place (you had all better take lots of photos for me!) and and would like to introduce my co-ordinator for the day...
Dave & myself have asked Rhoni (aka mommy) if she would kindly co-ordinate the day and she has very kindly agreed to do so. It's a huge relief of our minds, and we know you will all be in good, capable hands - so thank you Rhoni - we are truly grateful.
I'm sure many of you will be happy to help Rhoni if need be - we will be organising things over the next few weeks or so to insure everything is prepared - we know you will all have a wonderful time.
Please keep an eye on the forums for any GT updates – and don’t forget to add your name if you haven’t already done so, to any of the events you would like to take part in on the day. (See lab forums GT 2006 forum for more info)
Once again, our apologies for not being able to make it to Lab Forums special day - we will be thinking of you all - and wish you all a day you will always remember.

P.S. My health problem is a blood disorder known as I.T,P. (Bone marrow kills platelets) At present, have had 6 day course of treatment but haven’t responded too well as yet.. I’m ever hopeful and the docs are standing by with plan b if nothing changed by Monday. Baby burley is ok –and midwives are visiting daily plus Dr Dave & Dr Brad are both doing a great job.

oh dear Julie. So very sorry to hear you're not well.
Don't know anything at all about your problem but would just like to send ((((((BIG HUGS)))))) and healing vibes~~~~~~~~~~~~ to you and hope you feel better soon
Don't you worry, your GT will run sweet and I am sure everyone will pull together to make sure of that ........I know I have the full support of the mods ( thank you ) and together it is a done deal
You just look after yourself and the babe.............that is worth more than all the GT's in the world.....
