Sorry if this has already been covered before.
How do you find the http address of a photo in the gallery and then how to do add this photo to a message you are writing.
I managed to get a photo in my signature, but am stumped when I try to get one into my posts.
All I seem to get are the [img] then the http addresss [/img].

If you are taking the pic from the Lab Galleries Linda, click on the thumbnail you want, when it comes up as a bigger pic, right click it and copy the URL from the pop up that appears (hold mouse by the H then hold down left button and drag thru the whole link including the .jpg at the end).
Go to the post you want to put it in click img from the boxes above where you relpy, place cursor by the ] then right click and select paste, click img again and it`ll put the [/img] tag in.
That should work for you, you need to be sure you have the whole link to where the pic is, miss off the .jpg and it won`t show.
