You`ve done it YB, but you need to resize the pic, you can do that when you pic the one you want to use, just above where it is you`ll see "resize photo" ( without the "), click on that and look for the part where you can enter a size (all the option ones are to large).
Put 250 in the box, leave everything else alone and click change size, this will make the pic within the sizing for the forums so that its bandwidth allowance isn`t exceeded.
