I got my tent last weekend, and i've been waiting for nice weather for a practice run!!!! so today (with a little help from dexter!) i put it up. it took aaaaages, and i was exhausted afterwards.. which doesn't sound great for august!!! it's nice and big though. amber couldn't really join in, in her current condition, but i did let her have a little look in (with her knickers on of course!!). her and dexter decided it was an ideal place to wrestle - the tent was moving like there was a small tornedo inside those who have camped with dogs before, do you sleep in the same bit as them? do they ever settle down!!??
got my camera charged this weekend, so been taking lots of pics.. here's a few of today's events!
Looks great Clare!, I`m sure there`ll be bodies to help you out in August , my tent just has a sleeping part and CJ was with me last year, he was on his own though!, will wait and see what happeens with him and Cindy!
looks fab!!!! Ruby slept in the bedroom bit with us and I thought she would be a nightmare but she was fine - she couldnt work out the mesh windows though and kept barking at them hehe but she was ok once we closed them up
I like it, it looks perfect . we have a caravan so have never camped in a tent with Nushka but she settled really quickly. she just seemed to know it was like she said 'ok mum and dad are watching telly now and here is my bed so ill just go to sleep' bless her. you will have a fab time.

Looks like a nice big tent I'm going to buy my tent this week i hope, i've left it a little late so i'm hoping i'll have enough time to practise putting it up and taking it down before August
I can imagine Alfie somehow pulling the tent over ontop of us during the night
mine looks massive, but it's only a 3 man one (thought that was best for me and 2 dogs!!). its just got a big porch bit at the front - which is where dogs will sleep if they're muddy/smelly
ooh i got it from one of these tent exhibition things, at a local garden centre. it was much better than from a catalogue/internet, because i got to go in the tent. also as it was only set up that morning, the staff could remember how hard it was to put up!!!! was a complete bargain too.. £40!!!!
blimey that is a bargain!!! I'm going to a big camping shop so hopefully i can see the tents set up i would really like a pop up tent but i don't think they do them with 2 bedrooms

ok.. well you asked for it.. wasn't quick enough to get one of her in tent with knickers, she has piddle-itis at the mo, so need to be careful when she's outside as she will just 'go', knickers or no knickers!!!! this is one of her chewing the giant bone i bought her to occupy her for the next few months - didn't last very long ... excuse the hairy carpet - she's decided to moult again
