Default Lump on bridge of nose

For about a week Coco has had a lump on her muzzle, just in front of her eye (where her halti sits). I think it is possible from a thorn or an insect bite but it doesn't seeem to hurt her and it isn't oozing or anything. She hasn't complained about her halti but yesterday rubbed the halti and took the top of this lump, making it bleed. Still no pus or anything and the lump (about pea size, but gradually sloping, like a raised pimple, not an obvious pea shape) is still there.

I'll take her to the vet if it doesn't clear up the next couple of days but any suggestions as to what to put on it or if I need to do anything with it?

Sounds like a hystiocytoma( Think that's what it's called!) Milo had one on the flap of his ear once. Does it look more like a zit than a lump? I posted about Milo's at the time. I'll try and find it for you!
It's nothing to worry about!

There isn't a head or a spot as such, it is just a bump/lump, there are no obvious edges to it and no change in skin colour as far as I can see (it is hard to get into the very short hair on her muzzle). I'm pretty sure that it has gone down a lot today so I suspect it was some sort of bite/spot/thorn injury which has been irritated more by the halti and now that I haven't been using the halti it has eased a bit.
