Default Calling SW London Labs & Owners

Hello

We're very keen to get to know other Labs and their owners in the SW London area. Keen to join in future Labrador Forum get-to-gethers but unfortunatley the next one is too far away for us to attend. Thought we could try and organise a get-to-gether / picnic in Richmond Park or similar with our Labs and their owners.

Let me know if you're keen / local and we'll take it from there.

Sarah, Scotty & Milo

Hi Sarah

Its such a pity you guys can't make the forum get together.
I wish I could offer you a lift but my car is tiny and its going to be a squash to get my two in let alone everything else! I believe its only about a 2-3hr drive. Do you have a car? We're staying overnight in a travellodge which is only about 26 but extra for my two. So its not that bad.

I am not sure how many members are actually based in London at all?
I have friends who live your side and keep vowing to meet in Richmond park with us so we'll have to coincide the days!

Amanda

Hi Sarah,
I'm local to Richmond Park, although don't use it a lot in the summer - loads of ticks and too many people picnicing
pm me if you want to meet up -
regards
Jenny

Hi,

I work near Twickenham and that's not very far from Richmond. I live about 45 mins away and drive this way everyday so it would not to be to hard for me to get to. I am not going to the get together either as it's a bit too far for me. My labs name is Milo too - might get confusing hehe.

Hi Amanda, which travellodge are you staying at? we are staying in the A38 south Burton one.

Great idea for local members to meet up - perhaps something can be done in other areas?

Hi Paul

I dont think we're that far apart we're staying at the Nuneaton Bedworth one I think its something like 15/20miles away - no idea! Michaela knows the area said it wasnt too far!

I am going to need very serious directions! I am absolutely clueless when it comes to areas and directions! I'll do a practise when we meet for the Friday night bbq!!

Cant believe its just around the corner! I need to do a checklist of things to bring - I can just see me forgetting something like the dogs! 8O
